Eye of Winter of Finality is a cold spell that fires a projectile that deals no damage but that explodes in a spiral of shard projectiles on dissipation or collision with terrain. The spell will explode for 12 (+1 per 10 quality) shards.

Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has more damage and damage effectiveness and gains more shard projectiles, but has less scaling for projectiles based on projectile lifetime. It also only fires projectiles upon collision with terrain or after the eye dissipates, rather than continuously.
